Newbies, Intermediates Determining Best Computer Home Based Business: Part One

Newbies, Intermediates Determining Best Computer Home Based Business: Part One

Why are those who have the least amount of skills determining the best computer home based business? This is the largest segment coming to the internet, those who have simple computer skills and very little business knowledge much like myself when I started.

What has to be taken into consideration? First and for most as we search for the best computer home based business, we need to evaluate our own skill level. Each business will have certain criteria that is needed to be successful. Let's look at a few of the skills that may determine where one will want to start.

To begin with do you know computer graphic design? Do you have copywriting down to a science where people will be pulling out there wallet to purchase whatever you are selling? Do you have products of your own or by others that are surefire winners that people are wanting and needing?

The saying, "build it an! d they will come" does not apply, to even the best computer home based business. Truly, those that are considered a guru still need to advertise in some manner.

While on the subject of the best computer home based business we need to look at advertising. This is another area that has to be taken seriously. Now, the pay per click (PPC) is one of the best sources of traffic; however, if you don't know what you are doing it will also be the most expensive.

If you are considering using PPC, know that you will probably need around $2000 dollars to learn how the system works. These are not my numbers, but in talking to those who use PPC exclusively it does take some time and a good amount of cash to learn the ropes.

Another venture in the advertising arena is no cost article marketing. This is quite a bit easier on the pocket book. Now, before you say anything about not being able to write, or that you're afraid what people will think about your writing, know! this anyone can write it just takes a little time and effort.!

The ease of writing will come with each new article. If you are really concerned about what people will think in the beginning, use a simple pen name. Each article directory will allow you to use one or more pen names.

The thing to remember some are going to like the article, some are not, some will feel it is something they needed to know, some will say I already knew all that. We can't please everyone no matter how hard we try.

A good example is J.K. Rawlings Harry Potter. Many will say it is the most incredible book(s) they have ever read, while others will say they stink to high heaven. Do you think J.K. the richest woman in the world loses any sleep over the nay sayers? I think not.

With the best computer home based business we have examined determining our own skill level, ppc marketing and how articles are the best no cost form of advertising. In part two we'll look at free websites, also surefire ways to make money as an affiliate.
